CTCX 45 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout
Ride with the CTCX chain gang along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road with this high quality training video. We tend to average 40+kmh. The total distance is 27.9kms. Distance excluding warm-up/down is 22.4 kms. Simply download the video from YouTube and place it in the same folder as the power file below. Make sure the names match. Use your home trainer to ride up the infamous Sa Colobra. This 30 minute hill climb ramps up the power with each step broken by a 10 second sprint.
To ride these trainings first download the video file to your computer. You will need to download a compatible format such as MP4 or AVI. You can use a tool such as Video Downloader for Firefox to do this. Save the power file in the same folder and make sure the names are the same. Open the power file and the video file will be opened automatically. Hit start and follow the Power and Cadence targets.
